It's a Skycoin Super Bowl Sunday!

    

Hello all! Today is the day, Super Bowl Sunday! Super Bowl LII is upon us and everyone and their mother’s brother are watching, including me, Tommy "TommyGun" Stiles. This is going to be my first Skycoin Super Bowl! What that means is that this Super Bowl is going to be very very different than every other Super Bowl. Let me paint the picture for you: it’s February 7th 2016, life before Skycoin. The Denver Broncos are playing the Carolina Panthers. Now as you know, I live in the Denver Metro area, so the whole city is buzzing with excitement. Everywhere you look, there are Broncos jerseys as far as the eye can see, painting the entire Colorado landscape into a brilliant mosaic of blue and orange.
     So for a diehard Broncos fan like me, I should have been overwhelmed with enthusiasm, right? Wrong. I was stuck covering the day shift at Lowe’s from 12-9 in the evening on Super Bowl Sunday. That’s right, the only jumping up and down I was going to do was reaching for the roll of tape that the little 85 year old lady can’t reach. The only screaming and yelling I was going to do was at the unsupervised children running up and down the lumber aisle while their parents watched Super Bowl updates on their smart phone. That was Super Bowl Sunday for me before the Skycoin life.

  Now, let’s fast forward 2 years later to today, Super Bowl 52. Sure, the Broncos aren’t playing, but I’ve always been a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles; you got to love the underdog! Am I working the 12-9 shift at Lowe’s today? Heck no! Why would I go back to a job that I quit over a month ago? Skycoin hadn’t even hit $50 yet, but my bank account was telling me “it’s time to quite Lowe’s Tommy” and I listened.  I literally signed my 2 week resignation with “Sincerely, Tommy Stiles, Skycoin Entrepreneur.” I’m not sure if they understood what that meant, but they surely understood that I didn’t need them anymore.
    Today I’m spending this Super Bowl at my house, with my buddies and FORMER coworkers. We are going to watch the Eagle win (hopefully) on my brand new Samsung  65" 4K Ultra HD TV attached to my custom setup Klipsch RP-280 5.1 surround sound system.  My friends are guaranteed to have the best Super Bowl experience of their lives, all thanks to Skycoin. I think even my aunt and uncle that managed to get tickets to the Super Bowl up in freezing Minneapolis are going to wish they would have just come to my house instead.
     I know that my friends and former coworkers are going to be asking “how did I do it?” Sure, I will probably tease them a little bit at first with “I could tell you, but then I’d have to kill you” or “a sack of money fell out the sky.” Eventually though, I’m going to let them in on the greatest entrepreneurial opportunity out there: Skycoin. I have told some of them about Skycoin already, but once and a while I am met with skepticism or denial. However, when they see the sweet setup I have going, which includes brand new leather reclining couches and a hot tub for the after party, there will be no denying the power of Skycoin.

     Of course there is going to be some jealousy, but that’s the great thing about Skycoin: all of them can take advantage of it. It’s not one of those cutthroat investment opportunities that only the wealthy Wall Street elite can get in on. It’s the future of cryptocurrency that is affordable for everyone!  As a matter of fact, it’s the future of currency itself! But I’ll save that one for another post. But let’s just face it, I’m the living proof. 6 months ago I was working at Lowe’s barely making enough for my studio apartment filled with second hand furniture and outdated technology. Now I’m the envy of all my friends, soon to be hosting the greatest Super Bowl party they have ever attended. Well, the guests are starting to arrive. No matter who wins, GO SKYCOIN GO!
